Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mentiko platform and services operated by Kollabor AI ("we", "us", "our") at mentiko.com.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mentiko.

1. Service Description

Mentiko provides a cloud platform for deploying and managing AI agent chains. Each customer receives a dedicated instance with compute resources, storage, and a custom subdomain (slug.mentiko.com).

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Mentiko.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Mentiko for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or data
  • Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Exceed reasonable resource usage or abuse shared infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access to Mentiko without written permission
  • Use the platform in ways that could harm minors

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Mentiko is a paid subscription service billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on your Mentiko instance. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We store your data on your dedicated instance and may create backups for reliability. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

6. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Mentiko operates on a bring-your-own-keys model. You are responsible for any API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) you configure on your instance and any costs incurred through those services.

7. Availability and Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We provide support via email at support@mentiko.com.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your instance will be deactivated and data deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentiko and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mentiko is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
